Valeska is a coach with a deep understanding of people and the challenges they face, drawing on over 26 years of experience as a clinical psychologist and a solid background in executive coaching. She combines her expertise in psychology, organizational consulting, and coaching to support individuals and teams as they navigate change, overcome challenges, and work toward meaningful growth.
Having lived and worked in Brazil, London, Tokyo, and Miami, Valeska has a unique perspective on cultural diversity, transitions, and human relationships. Fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, she works comfortably with clients from all walks of life, offering practical, thoughtful guidance that reflects their unique circumstances and needs.
Valeska recently took on the role of President of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) South Florida Charter Chapter, where she continues to contribute to the coaching profession and community.
