My coaching journey began with a solid foundation in psychology, spanning over 20 years of clinical practice and organizational consulting across Brazil, the UK, and Japan. After earning my B.S. in Psychology and a Master’s in Consultation for Organizations and Groups (Tavistock Clinic, London), I applied psychodynamic principles in diverse settings.
Seeking a more future-focused approach, I completed my Professional Coach training at the University of Miami and pursued additional certifications in OD Consulting, Positive Psychology, Designing Your Life Coaching, and High Impact Coaching. Now, as President of the ICF South Florida Chapter, I blend systemic insights with practical coaching tools to empower leaders and individuals to reach extraordinary outcomes.
